Hi. I’m Dr. Bill.
A licensed clinical psychologist and licensed marriage and family therapist.
We face many challenges in our lives. Some we can manage well without too much difficulty others present problems that seem insurmountable and we need an objective voice to help see our way to a clear path. You’ve taken the first step in helping yourself find that path. I believe the answers we seek we can find within us. We just need help seeing them more clearly, that is the way I view my work. My role is to help someone find what they’re looking for whether it’s answers to their own emotional challenges, such as the source of depression, or anxiety, or difficulties in a relationship with a significant other or a child or a friend that may be rooted in troubled communication or limited understanding.
Research tells us that therapy does work. We just need to take the chance and trust the process. Take that chance, you are worth it.
Individual Therapy
I work with adults and teens who may be struggling with depression and anxiety, the aftermath of trauma, or who may need help navigating difficult relationship issues, all of which stand in the way of feeling better and doing better.
Couples Therapy
Helping couples with communication issues, intimacy issues and removing barriers so the relationship can develop into a healthy connection. I give tools and methods to improve understanding, increase empathy and allow for deeper connections and partnerships.
Family Therapy
Teenage years are challenging, and I offer parents and teens and opportunity to improve communication and allow for honest and open development of stronger relationships.
